Abstract

Dans le procédé de l'invention, le gaz naturel pauvre déshydraté arrive dans un appareil de production de plasma 4 par l'intermédiaire de la vanne 3, la quantité la plus importante du gaz étant envoyée à travers la vanne 7 dans un mélangeur recevant également, par la vanne 9, de l'oxygène, le mélange gaz/oxygène traversant un jet de plasma grâce à quoi les hydrocarbures sont transformés en eau et en oxyde(s) de carbone sans besoins importants d'énergie. Application : obtention de gaz utilisables industriellement à partir de gaz naturels pauvres.
