Abstract

Dispositif de fermeture pour un orifice prévu dans la paroi d'un récipient destiné à être chargé ou vidé par fournées et à être obturé de façon étanche après le remplissage ou la vidange, comportant un organe de fermeture dont la surface d'étanchéité peut être appliquée avec étanchéité sur un siège solidaire d'une paroi. L'organe d'étanchéité 4, 5 présente une surface 4a pouvant être appliquée, en contact d'étanchéité linéaire, sur le siège 3 d'étanchéité solidaire de la paroi; au-dessus de cette ligne une douille 8 ayant un diamètre inférieur à celui de la ligne d'étanchéité repose sur la surface d'étanchéité de l'organe de fermeture pendant la première partie de l'opération d'ouverture et est maintenue libre dans la suite du mouvement et il est prévu pour le produit une installation de guidage 12 qui dirige le produit vers la partie de l'organe de fermeture 4, 5 entourée par la douille 8 quand celle-ci repose sur la surface d'étanchéité 4a de l'organe de fermeture. Application aux produits en vrac susceptibles de s'écouler, aux suspensions visqueuses, boues et substances analogues.
