Abstract

The luggage carrier for a car is made up from square or round section tube. It has a loading base (1) with ends (2) and cross parts (3). In the latter case, they increase the area of the loading base (1). The fact that the hand grips can be folded flat enables baggage to be carried that is considerably larger than the loading platform.
