Abstract
Heat shrinkable tubing is made by heating tubular film containing liq. which applies a hydrostatic pressure sufficient to distend the film radially at an appropriate temp. A standing mass of liquid trapped by a suitable pinch or between two rising columns of the tubing maintains the internal pressure.
