Abstract

The training wire carrier for use in a vineyard has a metal post with pairs of opposed hooks, these defining closed apertures to receive the wires. The hooks are L-shaped, the post being formed with cut-away portions to which the hooks are attached. The cut-away portions are each formed into three sections, with a section parallel to the post wall, an angled section and a section to which the hooks are attached. The hooks may be attached to the post by welding or rivetting.
