Abstract

Moulage de mousse par injection d'une résine plastique solide, puis d'une mousse de la même résine. Le dispositif comprend un organe d'extrusion unique et respectivement une seule chambre injection dans lesquels la résine solide plastique et une mousse de cette résine sont extrudées, respectivement emmagasinées, jusqu'à ce que l'on effectue l'injection dans le moule au moyen d'un dispositif hydraulique de compression. Un organe de commande et/ou de contrôle est également prévu pour ajuster les quantités respectives de solide et de mousse. Moulage d'objets de volume et de densité désirés et présentant une épaisseur de peau solide déterminée recouvrant une structure interne cellulaire.
