Abstract

Le système selon l'invention se distingue par un réacteur nucléaire 2 réfrigéré par un gaz à haute température circulant dans un circuit primaire 3 comportant le réacteur et un échangeur de chaleur 8 fournissant de la chaleur à un circuit tertiaire 4 par l'intermédiaire d'un circuit secondaire 5 et d'un second échangeur de chaleur 9, les fluides échangeurs de chaleur des circuits 3 et 5 étant pratiquement les mêmes mais avec adjonction dans le circuit secondaire 5 d'une substance gazeuse pouvant produire un isotope radioactif du fait de l'irradiation dans le réacteur résultant d'une fuite entre les circuits 5 et 3, cette substance radioactive étant détectée dans un conduit d'échantillonnage 19 pour l'enregistrement en 20. Un tel systeme convient en particulier pour un réacteur nucléaire utilisé pour chauffer un courant de traitement, par exemple pour le craquage du méthane.
