Abstract
L'invention concerne les caméras à scintillation. Le dispositif de l'invention comprend deux caméras Anger 1 et 2 montées dans une structure 5 qui peut tourner autour d'un patient 10. Les caméras sont modifiées pour améliorer leur cadence de comptage, ce qui permet d'effectuer une analyse tomographique transversale portant sur des événements radioactifs correspondant à des annihilations de positons. Application à la tomographie transversale.
