Abstract

a. Procédé de fabrication d'une lame supportant un frottis sanguin à partir d'un échantillon de sang veineux. b. Ce procédé se caractérise en ce qu'il consiste à diluer l'échantillon de sang veineux au moyen d'un diluant sensiblement isotonique, le rapport du diluant au sang étant compris dans l'intervalle allant de 1 partie de diluant pour 2 parties de sang veineux et 1 partie de diluant pour 4 parties de sang, à placer une certaine quantité du sang veineux ainsi dilué sur la surface d'examen d'une lame, et à soumettre cette lame à la rotation autour d'un axe disposé perpendiculairement à la surface d'examen pour former une couche monocellulaire de cellules sanguines sur la surface d'examen, la lame étant soumise à une accélération jusqu'à parvenir à une vitesse de rotation déterminée pendant un temps déterminé, et la durée ainsi que la vitesse de rotation étant arbitrairement choisies indépendamment des caractéristiques de l'échantillon particulier de sang veineux à partir duquel une lame supportant un frottis sanguin est préparée. c. Utilisation pour l'analyse automatisée de sangs veineux.
