Abstract

L'invention concerne plus spécialement un perfectionnement apporté à la séparation des fines dans un processus de séchage ou de refroidissement par pulvérisation dans un séchoir comprenant un canal de ceinture comme organe de séparation. Selon l'invention, on installe une ou plusieurs buses 8 dans l'axe du séchoir pour diriger un gaz, de l'air comprimé par exemple, depuis le centre du séchoir vers la paroi et souffler ainsi les fines descendant par le centre du séchoir vers le canal de ceinture 4, d'où les fines sont aspirées par le ventilateur et séparées dans le cyclone 6. L'invention est notamment applicable au séchage d'une suspension à 30 % d'un dispersant formé d'un produit de condensation d'acide oxydiphényle-sulfonique et formaldéhyde.
