Abstract

Perfectionnements à la fabrication de pneumatiques par assemblage d'une bande de roulement, d'un protecteur et d'une carcasse. On utilise un dispositif ouvrant pour retenir l'ensemble bande de roulement-protecteur autour du tambour expansible portant la carcasse et, une fois celle-ci liée avec ledit ensemble, on ouvre ce dispositif pour en retirer l'assemblage complet, sans modifier la position du protecteur ni déformer l'assemblage, puis on transfère ce dernier dans un moule de vulcanisation à empreinte analogue à celle du dispositif de retenue, pour vulcaniser le tout. Application à la fabrication des pneumatiques.
