Abstract

Machine à mouler les semelles de chaussures en polyuréthane à deux couleurs, une pour chacune des couches de semelle superposées, la machine présentant une table sur laquelle est monté un premier moule muni d'un couvercle soulevable, dans lequel est introduit le matériau constituant la première couche de couleur. Après expansion et durcissement de ladite couche, le couvercle est enlevé et sur le moule est superposé un second moule constitué d'une plaque à fenêtres encerclant le bord du premier moule et en augmentant vers le haut la chambre de moulage, ledit second moule maintenant le bord de l'empeigne de la chaussure, laquelle, par l'introduction de la matière constituant la seconde couche se trouve noyée et donc bloquée lors du durcissement de ladite matière.
