Abstract
Dispositif d'étanchéité pour un palier anti-friction. Le dispositif d'étanchéité selon la présente invention comporte une bague intérieure 1 dont l'épaulement est muni d'une partie périphérique étagée 2 comportant une surface périphérique 2a inclinée axialement vers l'intérieur de la bague intérieure et un organe d'étanchéité annulaire 5 renforcé par un noyau métallique et muni sur son pourtour intérieur d'une lèvre d'etanchéité 6 allongée et flexible s'étendant dans le sens radial le long de la paroi latérale de la partie étagée, un léger intervalle S3 étant formé entre la lèvre d'étanchéité et cette paroi latérale. Un prolongement annulaire 8 en contact léger avec la paroi latérale de la portion étagée de la bague est prévu sur la partie périphérique intérieure de cet organe d'étanchéité annulaire qui présente également une surface périphérique intérieure inclinée 6a délimitant un faible intervalle S1 entre cette surface périphérique intérieure et la surface périphérique 2a formant le fond de la partie étagée. Application à des palmiers à roulements présentant des caractéristiques d'étanchéité à la poussière, d'étanchéité aux fuites de lubrifiant et des performances en rotation améliorées.Sealing device for an anti-friction bearing.
