Abstract

The hair roller (20), to curl the hair, can be added to the normal roller so that the hair can be rolled on a small roller and then on to the larger dimension roller. When not in use the roller is largely open and has two open side pieces (21, 22) with supple flexible rods (23, 24, 25, 26). On the internal edges (27, 28) of the side pieces a thin band of auto-adhesive material with hooks (31, 32) is fixed. This fits on to a corresponding band on the smaller roller. One of its longitudinal edges (38) is extended by an auto-adhesive strip (39) which holds the roller together in use.
