Abstract

Cet ensemble contre-came-piston est destiné à une machine hydrostatique du type dans lequel plusieurs contre-cames à mouvements alternatifs sont logées dans un rotor 27 et appuyées sur un chemin de roulement 28 formant came. Chaque contre-came comprend un piston étagé il et une bille 12. Une première extrémité 13 du piston 11 possède une face terminale 15 exposée à la pression hydraulique et coulisse à joint étanche dans l'alésage 14 du cylindre 25, tandis que l'autre partie 17 du piston présente dans sa face terminale une alvéole 18 qui reçoit la bille 12 destinée à s'appuyer sur la came 28. Le piston 11 présente un passage 22 qui relie la face terminale 15 à la surface intérieure 26 de l'alvéole 18 pour exposer une grande partie de la surface de la bille à la pression; la bille 12 est montée à joint étanche dans l'alvéole 18 de sorte qu'on obtient un équilibre hydrostatique presque parfait entre le piston et la bille. Ces contre-cames sont particulièrement utilisables dans les moteurs hydrostatiques qui produisent une sortie à couple constant.
