Abstract
L'invention a pour objet un décapeptide nouveau. Il est constitué par un pyroglutamyl-glutaminyl-aspartyl-tyrosyl-thréonyl-glycyl-tryptophyl-norleucyl-aspartyl-phénylalaninamide dont le groupe phénolique du radical tyrosyle est libre ou bloqué par un radical sulfurique et dont le groupe hydroxy du radical thréonyle est libre ou bloqué par un radical acétyle; l'invention couvre aussi les sels de ce composé avec une base organique ou minérale. Les composés de l'invention sont utiles pour le diagnostic des troubles cholécystiques et pancréatiques.The subject of the invention is a new decapeptide. It consists of a pyroglutamyl-glutaminyl-aspartyl-tyrosyl-threonyl-glycyl-tryptophyl-norleucyl-aspartyl-phenylalaninamide in which the phenolic group of the tyrosyl radical is free or blocked by a sulfuric radical and in which the hydroxy group of the threonyl radical is free or blocked by an acetyl radical; the invention also covers the salts of this compound with an organic or inorganic base. The compounds of the invention are useful for the diagnosis of cholecystic and pancreatic disorders.
