Abstract

Procédé et presse de moulage par injection de pièces multicolores, en particulier de pièces présentant des marbrures. Il consiste à injecter dans un moule deux jets de matières synthétiques de couleurs différentes à l'aide de deux groupes d'injection I et II, par des canaux séparés 31, 32 réunis en un canal d'injection commun 40, en produisant, dans l'un au moins des canaux, une vibration de la matière synthétique la faisant pénétrer dans le moule 33, 34 par portions et alternativement. Applications : fabrication d'objets en matières synthétiques tels que peignes, montures de lunettes, boucles de ceintures multicolores ou ayant l'apparence de la corne naturelle.
