Abstract
L'invention concerne un moteur à courant continu sans balais associé avec un circuit de commutation. Le moteur comporte un rotor à aimant permanent et un induit fixe à plusieurs enroulements. Le circuit de commutation reçoit des signaux de position du rotor provenant d'un capteur, ou produit des signaux simulés de position de rotor à partir de la force contre-électromotrice des enroulements. Ces signaux commandent des commutateurs d'excitation dans un ordre prédéterminé, de manière à exciter successivement les enroulements d'induit fixe et à faire tourner le rotor. Des dispositions sont prises pour protéger le moteur contre les surtensions, les sous-tensions, etc. L'invention s'applique notamment à des moteurs de compresseur de réfrigeration montés dans des véhicules automobiles.The invention relates to a brushless direct current motor associated with a switching circuit. The motor has a permanent magnet rotor and a fixed multi-winding armature. The switching circuit receives rotor position signals from a sensor, or generates simulated rotor position signals from the back electromotive force of the windings. These signals control excitation switches in a predetermined order, so as to successively excite the fixed armature windings and to rotate the rotor. Provisions are made to protect the motor against overvoltage, undervoltage, etc. The invention applies in particular to refrigeration compressor motors mounted in motor vehicles.
