L'invention concerne un dispositif pour la protection, le stockage et la distribution d'un matériau sous forme de feuille Le dispositif est caractérisé en ce que le support tubulaire sur lequel est enroulé la feuille est associé à deux embouts emboîtés à chaque extrémité; chaque embout est constitué d'un flasque de protection et comporte une excroissance cylindrique apte à pénétrer dans le manchon et dont le diamètre est plus grand à proximité du flasque (pour constituer une section emboîtée à force dans le manchon) et plus petit à son extrémité libre (pour constituer un pivot de rotation du manchon en cours de déroulement dans un distributeur.
