Ensemble d'homogénéisation pour la levure pâteuse. Il se caractérise par un réservoir cylindro-conique pourvu d'un agitateur central coaxial à une ou plusieurs hélices formées de pales inclinées générant un courant ascendant et en ce que les parois de la partie conique sont pourvues sur une partie de leur hauteur de éflecteurs verticaux suivant deux directions perpendiculaires. Invention intéressant notamment les brasseries et l'industrie boulangère, de levurerie, cidrerie...
