Abstract

a. Procédé pour l'enlèvement d'impuretés dans des liquides. b. Procédé caractérisé en ce qu'on fait passer le liquide à traiter en contact avec un lit non compact d'un matériau de traitement contenu dans un récipient et ensuite à travers une couche de matériau de filtration inerte finement divisé maintenue dans de petites ouvertures de la paroi du récipient, près du matériau de traitement, de granulation assez fine pour s'opposer à la traversée de particules solides séparées du liquide traité, et on brasse le contenu du récipient de manière à balayer continuellement la paroi sur les ouvertures pour éviter l'obstruction du matériau filtrant dans ces ouvertures. c. Procédé applicable à l'épuration d'eaux usées industrielles ou à la clarification de jus de fruits.
