Abstract

a. L'invention concerne un procédé de rinçage à l'eau de la surface de produits alimentaires ou fourragers contaminée par diverses substances nuisibles. b. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce que l'on ajoute au bain aqueux de rinçage une composition à base de tensio-actifs anioniques et non ioniques, d'agents de séquestration, de substances tampons, de réductones, de désinfectants, de stabilisants et de produits auxiliaires de transformation. c. Application au nettoyage de la surface de produits alimentaires et fourragers.
