Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif électronique permettant la mesure, par un procédé optique, du temps de formation d'un caillot de plasma sanguin, sous l'action de divers réactifs notamment calciques, que l'anticoagulant utilisé lors du prélèvement soit un citrate ou un oxalate. La caractéristique principale du système réside en ce que l'examen de la succession des changements de signe des deuxième et troisième dérivées, par rapport au temps, de la densité optique du mélange plasma-réactif permet une mesure effective du temps de coagulation, malgré la difficulté causée par l'apparition d'un précipité d'oxalate de calcium, qui masque partiellement la variation de densité optique due à la coagulation à examiner. L'invention permet la réalisation d'un prothrombinomètre simple à variation de densité optique, analysant divers facteurs intervenant dans la coagulation sanguine, et fonctionnant quel que soit l'anticoagulant utilisé lors du prélèvement
