Abstract

La composition contient au moins un bloquant de bêta-récepteur à une dose suffisante pour maintenir l'effet de blocage sur les bêta-récepteurs et un diurétique épargnant le potassium à une dose inférieure à la dose normale, avec les véhicules et produits auxiliaires usuels. Comparativement à la monothérapie, cette composition thérapeutique provoque un taux de réponse nettement accru sur la pression sanguine, ce qui constitue un progrès important.
