Abstract

The loading plate or shelf is for the storage and/or transport of pressure-sensitive piece goods, having one or more flexible inserts, typically of cloth or plastic sheet, suspended one above the other from supporting columns. The inserts (2) are secured by flexible supports (3) positively engaging with them along the entire periphery, and fixed to the columns (1). The supports can be of metal or high-tensile plastic wire, or link chains, and passed through loops (2a) formed along the insert periphery. They can be connected together and endless.
