Abstract
Procédé et appareil de radionavigation dans lequel on détermine, à bord d'un mobile, simultanément un facteur de positionnement angulaire et la distance de l'avion par rapport à un ensemble de deux balises comportant chacune une source mobile rectilinéairement, les sources mobiles des deux balises ayant à chaque instant des mouvements opposés et étant alimentées par deux ondes radioélectriques de fréquences voisines. Après avoir mis en évidence les fréquences de battements inférieures des signaux reçus de chacune des balises par multiplication suivie de filtrages, on multiplie entre eux les signaux de battements inférieurs obtenus, on filtre pour obtenir sur une voie la << différence >> des fréquences de battement et sur une autre voie la << somme >> des fréquences de battement et l'on effectue sur la voie << différence >> une corrélation de Fourier et sur la voie << somme >> une corrélation de Fresnel. Application : navigation aérienne.
