Abstract

Système de comptage de confort thermique calculant un index en fonction de la température et du volume de l'appartement. Il comprend un détecteur par pièce, raccordé en série (ou en parallèle) à partir du compteur central. Dans chaque détecteur, est incorporée une résistance à fort coefficient de température, dont la valeur ohmique est fonction du volume du local. Le compteur central enregistre la quantité d'électricité consommée. Le nombre apparaissant détermine la consommation de confort thermique. L'invention a pour but de permettre un mode de répartition des frais de chauffage collectif, entre les usagers, selon la température réelle et le volume de chaque appartement.
