Abstract

Préparation d'undécénals. Procédé pour la préparation d'undéc-10-énal ou de 2-méthyl-déc-9-énal par hydroformylation de 1,9-décadiène en présence d'un catalyseur au rhodium. La matière de départ est obtenue commodément par dismutation croisée de cyclooctène et d'éthylène. L'undéc-10-énal CH2 =CH(CH2 )8 CHO est un produit chimique odoriférant bien connu qui est utilisé pour fournir une note assez basse dans des compositions de parfums. Le 2-méthyldéc-9-énal est un composé nouveau.Preparation of decenals.
