Abstract

a. L'invention concerne un mécanisme de direction comportant une tige de poussée à déplacement longitudinal présentant une partie filetée recevant un écrou mis en rotation par une action d'entrée. b. Ce mécanisme est caractérisé en ce que la rotation de la tige de poussée est empêchée pendant son déplacement longitudinal par un organe suiveur de piste, au moins une partie de la longueur de la piste correspondante s'étendant dans une direction non parallèle à la direction du déplacement longitudinal de la tige de poussée. c. L'invention est applicable notamment aux directions de véhicule automobile à rapport variable.
