Elle comporte une pinnule 14 interposée entre le champ d'examen AB et une lentille de formation d'image 16, et un filtre 15 qui atténue le faisceau lumineux, séparé par la pinnule, arrivant de la zone à forte luminosité du champ. Application, par exemple, aux caméras de surveillance télévisée industrielle.
