Abstract

Article manufacturé, en particulier bande transporteuse destinée aux exploitations souterraines, constituée d'un mélange vulcanisé de caoutchouc à base de polychlorobutadiène et d'un tissu textile, article caractérisé en ce que ledit mélange de caoutchouc contient, outre les additifs usuels, et pour 100 partics en poids de polychlorobutadiène, les composantes suivantes : a. de 4 à 12 parties en poids de trioxyde d'antimoine; b. de 1 à 10 parties en poids d'alumine hydratée, c. de 1 à 10 parties en poids d'acide borique et/ou de borate de zinc; d. de 5 à 25 parties en poids de composés organiques halogénés ayant une teneur en halogène d'au moins 50% en poids; e. de 5 à 20 parties en poids d'ester halogéné d'acide phosphorique, et f. de 2 à 35 parties en poids de carbonate de magnésium et/ou de calcium. En cas de combustion, un tel article ne dégage pas de produits volatils susceptibles de boucher les filtres des masques respiratoires.
