Abstract

La présente invention concerne un matériau de construction granulaire à base d'oxydes réfractaires pour utilisation à hautes températures. Le matériau comprend 50 à 75 % en volume de microsphères en oxydes réfractaires, dont le diamètre est de 10 à 200 microns. Ces microsphères sont directement frittées entre elles de façon que le diamètre de contact entre elles soit de 0,2 à 0,5 dudit diamètre des microsphères. L'invention est applicable à des éléments soumis à des contraintes thermiques élevées pour la production d'énergie et d'appareils en milieu oxydant, pendant 103 à 104 heures, la température pouvant atteindre en surface 2 000 degrés C Ces matériaux peuvent résister à des températures en surfaces supérieures à 2 000 degrés C, avec une densité du flux thermique aux éléments de equiv 10**-7kcal/m**2/h, pendant de courtes durées.
