Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de climatisation d'air. Dans une installation de formation de fibres de verre à deux étages, on isole le niveau de formation de filaments en torons de verre et l'opération de collecte en créant une pression d'air positive dans pièce contenant la région de formation des filaments et du toron de sorte que seul de l'air climatisé pénètre dans cette pièce. En raison de la pression positive de l'air dans cette pièce, l'air s'écoule de la pièce par des ouvertures quelconques au lieu d'y pénétrer par ces ouvertures. L'air conditionné est dirigé sur les manchons formateurs de filaments, horizontalement, à débit désiré pour entretenir un milieu ambiant constant autour du manchon. Cette disposition évite un écoulement d'air en flux turbulent et améliore le rendement en fibres sans rupture en cours de formation.
