Abstract

L'invention a pour objet une pompe à chaleur. Selon l'invention, elle se compose de deux boucles, la boucle supérieure constituant l'élément moteur et la boucle inférieure constituant la pompe à chaleur proprement dite. Ces deux boucles ont en commun un ensemble moteur-compresseur M-CP et un condenseur CD. La boucle supérieure présente une pompe P et un évaporateur EV1 , tandis que la boucle inférieure comporte une vanne d'étranglement ou de détente VE et un évaporateur EVIII . La vapeur produite dans l'évaporateur chauffé par une source thermique Q1 , se détend dans le moteur M en abaissant sa pression tout en comprimant la vapeur produite dans l'évaporateur EVIII dans le compresseur CP. Ces deux fluides cèdent leur chaleur QII dans le condenseur CD. L'invention s'applique notamment au chauffage et/ou au refroidissement ainsi qu'au chauffage dans des processus industriels.
