L'invention a pour objet un appareil et un dispositif d'analyse automatique de liquides quelconques, et plus particulièrement de liquides et suspensions sérologiques et biochimiques. Il comprend un ou plusieurs distributeur(s) de supports de liquides, un ou plusieurs distributeur(s) de microdoses de réactifs de l'ordre de quelques microlitres, un ou plusieurs distributeur(s) de liquide et suspension à analyser, un ou plusieurs vibrateur(s), un ou plusieurs incubateur(s), un dispositif de lecture des résultats de(s) analyse(s), un système informatique. L'invention peut être utilisée pour des réactions d'agglutination, floculation, précipitation, tests HLA, réactions de fixation, groupage sanguin, tests biochimiques et sérologiques colorimétriques, numération de particules avec discrimination de dimension, de proximité, de couleur et de forme, tests d'hémagglutination, recherche d'anticorps anti HLA, tests de lymphocytoxicité.
