Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de préparation d'un produit constitué principalement de zéolite de type faujasite ayant un rapport silice/alumine compris entre 1,8 et 2,2. Elle est caractérisée en ce que ce procédé comporte les étapes suivantes : 1 degrés On prépare un mélange renfermant des sources de sodium, potassium, aluminate et silicate; 2 degrés On cristallise ledit mélange à une température inférieure ou égale à 50 degrés C; ou bien 3 degrés On laisse vieillir ledit mélange à une température inférieure ou égale à 50 degrés C, puis on le cristallise à une température comprise entre 60 et 100 degrés C environ. Elle se rapporte à la préparation de zéolites à faible teneur en silice, de type faujasite, par cristallisation à basse température, éventuellement précédée d'un vieillissement du gel à basse température.The present invention relates to a process for preparing a product consisting mainly of zeolite of faujasite type having a silica / alumina ratio of between 1.8 and 2.2.
