Abstract

The bottle sealing cap is tamper-proof, having the tear-open line formed in it by a laser beam, after it has been fitted over the bottle neck. The line can be composed of a series of holes (5) of any desired shape and dimensions, produced by a laser beam, or alternative, it can be a continuous fusion line. The laser emitter can work to a regular rhythm on the bottle-filling line. The system avoids the risk of tearing of the cap during the fitting operations.
