Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de mesure de la vitesse d'un courant Dans ce dispositif la liaison entre l'émetteur et le récepteur comporte un générateur de réponse 8 branché sur le récepteur 7, installé sur la même rive 6 que lui et relié à un générateur acoustique 9 qui fournit une impulsion de réponse, dans l'eau, par une voie de transmission de signaux 10 à un récepteur de réponse 11 situé sur l'autre rive. Le signal de réponse déclenche, par l'intermédiaire d'un circuit de déclenchement 4, l'émetteur 3 qui émet une nouvelle impulsion dans l'eau par une voie de mesure qui croise la voie de transmission de signaux. Application à la mesure du courant des cours d'eau.
