Appareil comprenant un caisson 1 délimitant une enveloppe 4 en matière isolante supportant une enceinte d'échange E comportant un fond 5a conformé et offrant en direction du dessus ouvert du caisson une surface réfléchissante, destinée à engendrer une réflexion indirecte du rayonnement incident en direction d'un échangeur 10 de chaleur disposé au-dessus du fond et soumis au rayonnement direct à travers un couvercle transparent 13 rapporté de façon amovible avec un joint d'étanchéité sur le dessus ouvert du caisson.
