Abstract

Cette invention concerne une meule de tronçonnage composite. Cette meule est formée par une zone intérieure annulaire et une zone extérieure annulaire, qui sont réunies de façon permanente. La zone intérieure présente une composition différente de celle de la zone extérieure et est constituée de préférence de façon à avoir une résistance mécanique supérieure à celle de cette dernière zone. La zone intérieure peut avoir approximativement le même diamètre que les flasques de la meule devant être utilisés, ou un diamètre supérieur, selon l'application spécifique qui en est faite. Une meule réalisée de cette manière présente une meilleure qualité comme meule de tronçonnage.
