Abstract

The vessel (10) for a commercial dish washing machine has a tubular well (25), thus, economising in space and liquid utilised during the washing operation. The tubular well is positioned horizontally beneath the floor (22) of the vessel (10), and communicates with the vessel by two interspaced vertical tubes (23, 24). One end of the tubular well (25) is closed by the cap (26) of the thermostatic electric immersion heater (17), the other end (28) leads to the circulating pump. The openings of the two vertical tubes (23, 24) into the floor (22) of the vessel (10) may be covered by a filter grill (29). The grill (29) may be fixed to the floor (22) of the vessel (10).
