Abstract

The heat exchanger has a primary liquid circuit and two separate secondary media chambers. One of the latter accommodates the media receiving heat from the heat exchanger. The primary section and secondary section are held within a common shell. The heat is transmitted from a primary circuit simultaneously to two separate secondary media. The latter are supplied directly to the user. One or both secondary media can be used optionally as storage media. The common shell (2) encloses externally an outside medium chamber (31). The latter chamber encloses an inner medium chamber (32). The latter is held by holders and seals (3, 5, 6) on the external chamber. The wall (16) of the inner medium chamber forms part of the primary liquid circuit. The primary circuit is divided into several independent sections. Each of these sections has its own inlet and outlet.
