Abstract

The coffee maker is used mainly domestically and fitted with a water container for the water to be heated and to be used for the infusion. The coffee maker has an infusion chamber connected with the water container by a connecting pipe one end of which is immersed in the water inside the container with its other end leading through a valve to the infusion chamber. A part of the connecting pipe runs through a cooling chamber located above the water container (1). The cooling chamber contains a cooling liquid permanently separated from the water inside the water container and a separating wall is fitted between the water container and the cooling chamber to limit the heat transfer between them.
