Abstract

The machine removes ceramic sanitary ware from their moulds. It comprises a roller conveyor (6), passing the filled mould on a trolley (5) under a frame (F1). Lifting tackle raises the mould top half (3) on guides (8). The lower half (2) and the article (4) are covered by a board (12) and clamped by an arm (13). The trolley and its supporting conveyor table (14), are turned through 180 deg. about a horizontal axis. The mould lower half is now uppermost and lifted off byan auxiliary lifting frame. The article is removed on a trolley (10) at the side, the table is returned and the mould halves ressembled for further use (11).
