Abstract

The dispenser consists of a small board (1) which can be fixed to a wall. At the top of the board is fixed a cylinder (2) with caps (3, 4) at each end into which the paper roll is placed. The free edge of the roll is pulled through a slot in the cylinder and at the bottom of the board is fitted between a cutting edge (5) held a short distance in front of the board by stubs (6, 7) and the board. The paper roll can be printed with repeated information or publicity material which can be torn off in sheets using the cutting edge by whoever may require it. The dispenser can also be made as a one-piece construction.
