Abstract

The diode connection between the two systems is made to a specified code. Selenium elements are evaporated through an aperture mask on crosspoints between the two conducting path systems determined by the code. They ensure separation of the two systems. After selenium elements are evaporated on the first conducting path system, the second conducting path system is produced by a second evaporation process. A change of code is achieved by simply changing the pattern of the aperture mask. Any kind of connecting technique may be used such as plug, soldering, or wire wrap. A separate power supply is not necessary.
