Abstract

The colour synthesising system are required colour by addition of at least three primary colours. It employs at least one light source and a number of colour filters, for producing a light beam of each required primary colour, with means for varying the intensity of each of the primary beams. The colour filters are carried by a disc (20) in front of a flashing light source (L), so that the primary beam obtained for each colour filter is reflected by a miror (m) towards the output. The lamp has a circuit for controlling its intensity and a release circuit for energising the lamp. A synchronising circuit is connected to the release circuit, so that the light flashes at a given intensity, upon passage of each colour filter in front of the lamp.
