Abstract

The container is in the form of a truncated cone with the smaller diameter at the base. The base is raised away from the bottom edge. The top edge is rolled over to form a lip (12) which receives the tabs of a flat lid that covers the bucket, so that the lid is held firmly onto the bucket. A pair of trunnions (7) are mounted diametrically opposite each other. Each trunnion has a vertical part and is attached to the bucket by a sloping face. The trunnions are intended to hold the carrying handle, which is clear of the lid.
