Abstract

The automatic machine uses rotating electromagnetic inductors and ferromagnetic dust. A rotating infeed arrangement is kinematically connected to a circular rotating table. Rotating membrane chucks in which the workpiece are clamped are mounted on the table. Rotating electromagnetic heads are mounted on both sides of the workpieces. A rotating work-piece removal mechanism rotates synchronously with the infeed arrangement. The electromagnetic heads are pulled radially outwards in the removal mechanism by means of a cam. The kinematic connection for the feed is taken from the periphery of a wheel attached to the circular worktable. Wedge shape springs are arranged on either side of the axis of the attached wheel.
