Abstract
New drink consists of (vol. %): maple syrup 20-35 (25); cider 50-80(70); calvados 0-5(5) and tens of drops of quince extract. The bracketed amounts are pref. for an alcoholic drink. The drink may be carbonated. The maple syrup is mixed (opt. after heating to 60-80 degrees C) with the cider and the mixt. left for 1 month is scaled vessels, after which the calvados and quince extract are added, and opt. CO2, before bottling.
